Position Overview

            Key Responsibilities  Operations & Shipment Management  Manage end-to-end AOG and non-AOG air export shipments from booking through to flight departure and final delivery. 
Coordinate with airlines, co-loaders, and GSAs to secure cargo space for urgent export shipments, often requiring rapid decision‑making. 
Arrange and dispatch freight, including coordinating trucking and ground transport. 
Process and prepare export documentation, including House and Master Air Waybills (AWBs), commercial invoices, packing lists, and customs/regulatory paperwork. 
Track and trace shipments in real‑time, proactively providing updates to customers and overseas offices. 
 Customer Service & Communication  Act as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, handling high volumes of email and phone inquiries with urgency.
