Position Overview:

We are seeking a Algorithmic Trading Developer with strong expertise in finance and quantitative strategies to play a key role in establishing and scaling our trading desk. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and optimize trading algorithms and strategies for multiple asset classes. This role offers a unique opportunity to be involved in the inception of a trading desk, contributing to its core infrastructure and strategy development.

Key Responsibilities:

Algorithm Development:

Design, implement, and optimize low-latency, high-frequency trading algorithms. Develop and back-test quantitative trading strategies using historical and real-time data.

Data Analysis & Strategy:

Analyze large datasets to identify market patterns and opportunities. Collaborate with quant researchers to translate financial models into executable algorithms. Continuously improve strategy performance through robust research and testing.
