• Uphold EHSS policies during on-site operations
• Conduct troubleshooting for product availability
• Log deviations in the Failure Management database
• Implement field modifications effectively
• Provide coaching and support to junior technicians
Requirements:
• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in technical fields
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
