Analista Comercial Jr

Position Overview:

The Jr. Commercial Analyst will support the Commercial team in driving business performance across Sephora Brazil (offline and online channels). This role requires strong analytical skills, organization, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth execution of commercial initiatives, reporting, and operational processes.

Key Responsabilities

Business Performance & Reporting

• Support weekly and monthly sell-in and sell-out analysis, identifying risks and opportunities
• Consolidate and maintain reports (Excel / Power BI) to track KPIs and business performance
• Assist in monitoring stock levels, identifying potential shortages or overstock risks
• Support preparation of business reviews and presentations
