What you'll be doing

As a Jambuster team leader within the logistics engineering function, you will play a vital role in developing, supporting and leading a skilled technical team to deliver safe, reliable and high-performing warehouse operations at the heart of our supply chain within the Stores Service Centre, Nottingham

Key responsibilities

Leading and coordinating teams, ensuring colleagues are well trained, engaged, and equipped with the resources, support and knowledge they need to perform their roles safely and effectively

• Putting the Health, Safety and wellbeing of every colleague first, driving a positive safety culture and continually improving safety standards

• Ensuring housekeeping regimes are maintained to a high standard in line with MHRA requirements
