Responsibilities:

• Overseeing stock control in good out warehouse, processing orders, deliveries programs loading, customer deliveries
• EDI daily correct integration
• Customer claims coordination, evaluation, answering
• Keeping stock control systems up-to-date and planning future finished good requirements
• Ensuring quality, delivery and customer satisfaction are met (Q1)
• Liaising with third parties to move goods (by road, rail, air or sea) in accordance with customer requirements (shipments, confirmations…)
• Arranging transport for urgent and high-value freight and managing costs (customers)
• Producing regular reports and statistics on a daily and monthly basis, managing processes (ISO TS)
