JOB SUMMARY:
The Senior IT Business Analyst SAP will provide process and system support to our internal Behr customers in various countries and also provide leadership/mentorship to Junior ITBAs and ITBAs. This individual will work closely with Business Analysts in the US and India across functional areas and partner with the business to provide assistance to functional users and act as liaison between the business and technical teams. This includes gathering business requirements, translating them into functional requirements, recommending and implementing solutions by configuring SAP and working with ABAP developers and other technical teams to meet ongoing business needs.
