APAC Commercial Growth Director

LEGO is seeking a Senior Director, APAC Regional Commercial Development to build and steer the APAC commercial agenda. You will partner with Market Group Heads, own ICP and portfolio deployment, and align regional priorities with global programs.

You will lead a 13-person regional team, drive sales capability, and champion digital transformation while navigating diverse markets across Asia Pacific. This role reports to the APAC leadership team.
