APAC Datacentre Field Training Lead

Securitas Group in Malaysia is seeking expressions of interest for a Field Training Officer to lead onboarding, certification, and ongoing training of security personnel across APAC datacentre operations.

You will deliver coaching, assessments, and sustainment training, manage training records, and support audit readiness while partnering with site leadership to close capability gaps and promote safety and operational excellence.
