Position Overview
This role is based in our Wellington office. While we are happy to consider work‑from‑home arrangements, this role is not designed for full‑time remote working.
Typical day in the life of this role
- Supporting application and hearing processes by coordinating logistics, managing financial documentation, responding to enquiries, and working closely with internal teams, decision‑makers, and external stakeholders.
- Current areas of primary focus: providing administrative and coordination support across application processes; managing hearings and meetings; maintaining document systems; supporting financial tracking and cost recovery; and ensuring smooth delivery of regulatory processes.
- What success looks like: efficient, well‑organised hearings and application processes; high‑quality, timely administration support; strong stakeholder relationships; and continuous improvement of systems and processes to enhance team effectiveness.
