Insight Global is looking for an Application Support Analyst to join a confidential Tier‑1 financial services client supporting a high‑visibility, client‑facing online trading platform used by thousands of investors daily. What You’ll Be Doing
Provide production support and incident management for a Tier‑1 online trading application
Support 3–4 core modules, including Account Opening, Trading, Cash Transfers, and Internal Agent Portal
Investigate, triage, and resolve production issues with a focus on business impact
Run incident bridges and communicate clearly with technical and business stakeholders
Support Azure cloud components and OpenShift microservices
Participate in after‑hours code deployments (every 5th week, compensated with time in lieu)...
