Application Support Engineer - 24x7 Production Stability

NETS in Singapore is looking for an Application Support Engineer to provide 24x7 operational support ensuring stability of various applications. You will manage incident tickets end-to-end, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with development teams for complex solutions.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of experience in application support, strong skills in Java, and a working knowledge of ServiceNow tools and AWS services.
