About the Role

This position is responsible for the strategic and operational ownership of Brandt’s Salesforce ecosystem, leading all technical aspects of the Salesforce platform, including integration architecture, vendor coordination, and team leadership during the Digital Transformation program.

Responsibilities

• Lead the IT workstream for the Digital Transformation program, coordinating integration development across all enterprise systems.
• Serve as primary technical liaison with Salesforce delivery team, Northteq (Aurora LOS), and other vendors as required.
• Define and enforce technical standards, security requirements, and governance policies in consultation with other IT teams.
