Application Support Specialist – Wealth Management (Avaloq)

We are looking for an experienced Application Support Specialist/Production Support to join the Production Services Team and support critical systems used by the International Wealth Management (IWM) Division .

The role involves providing production application and system support, handling incident, problem, and change management, and ensuring that requests from front-to-back IWM users are managed effectively and efficiently. The successful candidate will identify the root causes of system issues, provide solutions or workarounds, and coordinate with vendors and development teams when required.

Strong communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills are essential. Knowledge of the Avaloq Banking System will be an added advantage.
