Applications QA Engineer

Role Summary

As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will work with a high-performing, collaborative team of QA professionals, ensuring that the team's approach and delivery align with departmental standards and best practices. You will play a hands-on role in testing the company's IT applications, including Snowflake, Maia, Salesforce, Zuora, and SAP. You will also test integration processes within MuleSoft and the Service Layer, as well as AI models and agents developed as part of the company's AI initiatives. In this role, you will ensure that all deliverables meet defined quality standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enable the successful delivery of products and enhancements that meet customer requirements and expectations.
