Role Description The main goal of this role is to create quality appointments with interested prospects and support the sales team in generating new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients or leads.

Identify and qualify interested prospects.
Schedule appointments, meetings, or follow-up calls for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and appointment details.

Maintain a polite, professional, and persuasive communication style at all times.
