Architectural Engineer

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review architectural drawings, plans and technical documents.
• Coordinate with Dubai Municipality and other relevant authorities for approvals.
• Ensure all designs comply with local regulations and building codes.
• Conduct site inspections and coordinate with project teams and consultants.
• Manage project timelines, material specifications and execution standards.
• Support project planning, submissions and approval processes.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors and subcontractors during project execution.

Qualifications

• DM Approved G+4 Architectural Engineer license is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or relevant field.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai authority regulations and approval procedures.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
