Architecture & Interiors Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in preparing quotations and proposals
• Interpret floor plans, drawings, and client requirements
• Coordinate with designers and suppliers for pricing and details
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all sales documents
• Track and organize client requests, revisions, and submissions
• Support the team in meeting deadlines and closing deals

Minimum Qualifications

• Background in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or similar (preferred)
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working with numbers, costing, and technical details
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Good communication skills and team player
• Experience in furniture, cabinetry, or construction is a plus
