Our client has been operating for many years and has built an outstanding reputation over more than three decades. Situated in one of Europe's northernmost skiing village and within the Arctic Circle, the restaurant seats 80 guests and serves fine, modern Lappish cuisine. Holding a Chaîne des Rôtisseurs accreditation and running the kitchen to Michelin‑star standards, the restaurant operates a dinner service five days a week from September to April, serving a discerning clientele of VIPs, prominent Finnish companies, and wealthy international travellers.
