We're looking for a sharp, driven Area Coach to lead a portfolio of restaurants across the Cincinnati market for one of the largest and fastest-growing franchise organizations in the United States. This is a high-accountability, high-reward leadership role inside a multi-brand enterprise with the infrastructure, culture, and growth trajectory that most franchisees simply can't offer.

Compensation: $90,000–$95,000 base | Performance bonus | Full benefits
