The Role

You will own 8 gyms and roughly 70 people. You will be measured on one thing: every gym hits its daily revenue number while holding a world-class member experience standard, every single day. You do that by building eight Club Managers into real owners — not by running eight gyms yourself.

This is a hybrid field + office role. You are expected to be physically present in your gyms during morning (6–9 AM) and evening (5–10 PM) peaks, 5–6 days a week. The office is where you report. The gym floor is where you lead.<...
