Position Overview
The Area Sales Manager is responsible for driving business growth and achieving sales objectives by delivering consumer and commercial replacement sell-in targets while supporting distributors and their sales representatives in maximizing sell-through performance. This role champions the implementation of the Goodyear Trade CRM framework to strengthen customer relationships and differentiate the Goodyear Customer Care approach, fostering greater customer loyalty and enhancing Goodyear's Share of Mind, Share of Heart, and ultimately, Share of Soul. In addition, the Area Sales Manager leads the execution of marketing and trade initiatives within the assigned territory, identifies new business opportunities and market white spaces, and works collaboratively with channel partners to expand market presence and drive sustainable growth.
