ASITE Administrator

We are seeking an Asite System Administrator to take ownership of our electronic QA platform within the HSETQ function, supporting projects across the business. This role is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Asite system, including user management, access control, troubleshooting, and ensuring the integrity and quality of project data. Acting as the internal subject matter expert, you will work closely with operational teams to support the effective use of digital QA processes and maintain compliance with company standards.

In addition to system support, you will lead the configuration and setup of new projects within Asite, including developing and testing workflows, forms, and templates. You will also develop user guides, coordinate and deliver training, and work directly with the software vendor to manage updates, enhancements, and system improvements.
