**Pay Rate:** $22/hr

This role involves the assembly, termination, and testing of various fiber optic cable assemblies. You’ll contribute directly to building state-of-the-art optical products, participating in new product development, and resolving process challenges.
Our ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with a strong work ethic, high attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities while maintaining quality standards. Experience with fiber optics and the desire to continuously learn and collaborate within a team are essential.
