Oversee the ordering, receipt, issuance, and return of hardware spare parts 

Verify quantity and condition of incoming and outgoing hardware components

Maintain accurate records in the spare parts or project tracking system

Ensure data integrity and timely updates

Handle all admin paperwork related to parts delivery and returns

Support in handling quotations
