Assistant / Associate Professor - Academic Malignant Hematologist

Position

Academic Malignant Hematologist – Assistant or Associate Professor, Faculty of Medicine (Temerty, University of Toronto). Full‑time clinical academic appointment at the Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, Odette Cancer Centre, St. George campus, Toronto. Effective start date January 1, 2027.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient and outpatient clinical care for lymphoid and myeloid malignancies, with particular expertise in lymphomas, multiple myeloma/amyloidosis, CLL, and Waldenström macroglobulinemia.
• Participate in hematology call roster, including management of acute myeloid malignancies and post‑autologous stem cell transplant patients.
• Contribute to academic activities—research, education, and quality improvement—aligned with the appointed clinician role (Clinician Investigator, Clinician Teacher, or Clinician‑in‑Quality and Innovation).
