About the Role:
Mollie Stone’s Markets is looking for an Experienced Assistant Manager to help run our Coffee Kiosk inside of our Grand Central store. This individual must have a passion for coffee, previous management experience and be great with people.
Essential Functions:
Assist manager in supervising all Coffee employees.Maintain positive and productive relationships with all team members as well as with the store and other departments.Provide consistent quality beverages that satisfy our customers.Assist staff in building their expertise in coffee, teas and other merchandise so they may accurately answer customer questions and offer personal recommendations.Demonstrate ownership of the kiosk by ensuring cleanliness, organization, and attractiveness of interior and exterior.Minimum Qualifications:
