Assistant Director (Exit Management)

What the role is:

You lead a team and serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on exit management matters for military regulars and defence executive personnel. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of exit processes including release, resignation, end-of-term, discharge, second career transition, and employment matters for personnel across all services. You also drive continuous improvement of HR processes and systems to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.

What you will be working on:

• Lead daily operations and ensure smooth execution of all exit management functions.
• Serve as the primary SME providing specialist advice on exit management matters to Department Heads, Service Personnel Departments, and SAF units.
