[What the role is]

To ensure that investigations are conducted in a proper, efficient and effective manner and appropriate and fair penalties are imposed for contraventions of legislations / regulations / codes administered by IMDA; to support the development of a vibrant, world-class ICM sector that drives the economy, bonds communities and powers a smart nation.

[What you will be working on]

• Ensure that high investigation standards are maintained in every case to ensure fairness and consistency
• Ensure that recommendations on penalties imposed on errant licensees / parties are impartial, consistent, and commensurate to the contraventions committed 
• Ensure service standards are met for investigation of cases and collections and record maintenance are accurate and timely.
• Lead a team of officers who possess the neccessary skills to perform digital forensics.
