Position Overview

What the role is:

You are responsible for overseeing Human Resource administration, management, training coordination, feedback management and National Service (NS) engagement matters within HQ 9 Division.

What you will be working on:
  • Liaise with relevant agencies to resolve HR and administrative issues raised by NSmen and respond directly to NSmen or their commanders.
  • Collaborate with agencies on HR management functions including succession planning, resource allocation, top‑ups, course management and performance appraisals.
  • Plan and conduct cohesion activities for NS units to strengthen unit bonds and morale.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for NSmen regarding HR and administrative matters.
Challenge(s)
  • Managing the complexities of the NS system and translating its unique demands into effective HR requirements for all ranks and levels.
