Purpose of the job:
Assisting the Farm Manager to bridge the gap between high-level operational strategy and daily, hands-on production.
 
Required Qualifications

1. Horticultural Degree and proven experience in the agricultural field.


2. Good people management, good task planning, excellent problem solving, and excellent computer literacy


3. Ability to take ownership of designated farm operations and ensure tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and to the required quality standards.

Technical Competencies and responsibilities

1. Assisting the Farm Manager with planning of field plans, plant orders and plant care
