Mentor and train junior guiding staff daily. Manage guiding schedules, vehicle maintenance, and rosters. Host international guests with five-star hospitality. Assist the Head Guide with department administration. Requirements Requirements Qualifications: NQF4 (Advanced Field Guide) with Trails Certifications: Valid DEAT/CATHSSETA registration, Trails Guide, and ARH. Licenses: Valid Professional Driving Permit (PrDP) and firearm competency. Experience: Minimum 35 years guiding in five-star Big 5 reserves.
