Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure that the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department are carried out according to company standards and as specified by senior management.

  • Perform regular inspections of the laundry, public areas, and lodges.

  • Manage, support, and assist housekeeping personnel as required.

  • Ensure that all housekeeping personnel are briefed on their daily duties and any other departmental information at the start of each shift.

  • Lead by example in appearance and personal hygiene, ensuring that all housekeeping personnel on shift are neat and professional in their respective uniforms.

  • Ensure that the cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation of guest lodges and public areas are maintained at all times in accordance with company standards.
