Position Overview

Oversee stakeholder engagement, build strategic partnerships, plan and execute change management initiatives, identify target audiences, and ensure effective engagement for change programs.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with public and private sector stakeholders and build strategic partnerships to support capacity‑building initiatives, identify target audiences, and ensure effective engagement for change programs.
  • Plan and execute structured change management trainings, workshops, seminars, stakeholder sessions, and represent the organization in B2B events and trade shows in collaboration with internal and external teams.
  • Identify outreach opportunities and generate leads to expand the reach and effectiveness of change initiatives.
