Assistant Manager FP&A

Job Responsibilities

• Analyze current and past primary and secondary sales trends to forecast projected sales and manage distributor inventory
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and forecasts
• Develop financial models and dashboards to support strategic initiatives and business planning
• Conduct variance analysis and explain discrepancies in budget vs actual results
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes across departments
• Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
• Partner with accounting operations and executive teams to provide financial insights
• Analyze trade spends and work closely with sales and trade marketing to drive efficiency in trade spends
• Drive cost savings and work with marketing and factory operations on product costing to improve gross margins
