Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Assistant Manager of HR Operations (Data Specialist, Payroll & Benefit) to join our team at PT Unilever Oleochemical Indonesia. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and efficient management of our company's payroll, benefits, and data operations.



What you'll be doing


  1. Oversee and manage the payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate payment of salaries and benefits to all employees. End to end payroll including taxation report to Coretax
  2. Coordinate and maintain employee data, including personal information, leave records, and other HR-related data. Operate HRIS system ; Workday, HR Portal
  3. Collaborate with the HR team to administer and manage employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other
  4. Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related inquiries, policies, and procedures
