Position Overview

As a key member of the HR team, you will play an essential role in supporting the HR Business Partner (HRBP) by managing a range of HR matters within the designated business unit(s). The successful candidate may have a focus in supporting HR operations under either the faculty or research portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide advisory support on HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and HR administrative processes for faculty and research staff.
  • Manage administrative processes for contract renewals in coordination with stakeholders.
