The Opportunity

The Otipemisiwak Métis Government is recruiting for an Assistant Manager – North Region for the Education, Training and Research department in Edmonton. Reporting to the Regional Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Regional Manager with the coordination and management of Métis Employment Services, the initial orientation and on-going support and mentorship of Métis staff. They will also assist the Regional Manager in reviewing quality assurance of client and financial databases. The Assistant Manager will also assist the Regional Manager to meet strategic goals, objectives, and targets derived from the Education, Training and Research department and Annual Operational Plan.
