Position Overview
1. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: KRAs - Participate in all new product development activities from launch stage onwards.
- Attend and contribute in Design Reviews to ensure quality requirements are addressed.
- Review DFMEA, PFMEA, and Design Validation Plan & Report (DVP&R) activities.
- Identify potential risks during product development and ensure mitigation actions are tracked and closed.
- Review supplier quality activities related to new product development including PPAP, validation, and process capability studies.
- Ensure implementation of lessons learned and continual quality improvements.
- Ensure product and process quality compliance during development stage.
