Position Overview

Working Hours:
Mon-Fri (with possible duty shifts / weekend coverage)
Main Responsibilities Supporting the Superintendent in
overseeing daily operations
of the welfare home.
Assisting with
manpower planning, staffing, and scheduling
to ensure smooth operations.
Coordinating across departments to maintain
operational efficiency and service delivery.
Monitoring
resident care quality
and ensuring services meet established care standards.
Driving
SOP development, policy implementation, and governance frameworks.
Ensuring compliance with
regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Supporting
process improvements and quality assurance initiatives within the home.
Requirements Degree in
Social Work, Social Sciences, Psychology, Healthcare Management,
