Position Overview
As an Assistant Manager (Student Recruitment)
You will be responsible for the following duties:
- Increase and achieve course (enrolment) targets per intake.
- Responsible for first‑level conversion (outbound/inbound calls, Info Sessions, meetings) and target increased applications.
- Directly communicate with prospects to promote courses via calls (inbound/outbound), emails, SMS.
- Assist in pre‑ and post‑student services and follow‑up.
- Support and collaborate with the Head of Student Recruitment in planning, executing, and attending marketing events (Info Sessions, course fairs, association engagements, road shows, alumni events).
- Coordinate with Creative and Digital teams to prepare collaterals such as brochures, banners, EDMs, flyers, videos, websites, and landing pages.
- Gather and collect all student documents.
- Follow up with scheduled instalment plans.
