Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned positions
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels
Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements
Conduct initial screening interviews and shortlist candidates based on role fitment
Coordinate interview scheduling and follow-ups with hiring teams
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and hiring reports
Support implementation of innovative sourcing and employer branding initiatives
Track and report recruitment KPIs including time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and hiring progress
Assessments & Selection Support
Coordinate recruitment assessments, tests, and interview logistics
Support execution of assessment centers and hiring campaigns
