Assistant Manager Technical

Overview

The Collateral Services team is responsible for processing all collateral related counterparty risk exposure management and collating and distributing client portfolio valuations. Products covered include all OTC derivative transactions and securities such as locally booked interest rate, equity, credit, and FX derivatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily operations support to ensure all controls are carried out accordingly as required. This allows an additional layer of control to prevent operational loss, reputational risk, and other potential issues.
• Act as the primary contact for the business and clients for escalation issues.
• Ensure all dispute processes are aligned globally to mitigate risk and gain efficiency.
• Provide quality customer service and ensure achievement of the Performance Level Agreement (PLA).
