[What the role is]

You will assist JTC’s customers in addressing and resolving their contractual non-compliance issues.

[What you will be working on]

You will be:
•              Tracking deadlines for breach rectification
•              Reminding companies to rectify breaches
•              Handling requests or feedback from customers
•              Recommending deadline extensions or other solutions
