Position Overview
Assistant Operations Manager
The Assistant Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day execution of kitchen production, dispatch, and logistics operations, ensuring operational excellence across quality, food safety, speed, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This role partners closely with Production, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, Planning, Customer Experience, and People teams to drive continuous improvement, optimize operational performance, and develop high‑performing frontline teams.
