JOB TITLE: Assistant Retread Plant Manager JOB TYPE: Full Time JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Assist the Plant Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the retread facility to ensure efficient production and quality standards.
+ Supervise team members during assigned shifts, monitor performance, and provide coaching and support as needed.
+ Help ensure production goals are met by assisting with workflow coordination and addressing operational challenges.
+ Assist in resolving customer issues or complaints by working with the Plant Manager to determine timely and effective solutions.
+ Support employee training by utilizing company training tools, verifying completion, and following up to ensure consistency and compliance.
