Assistant Plant Supervisor at Reputable Company

A private Liability company is inviting qualified applicants for the following position: Assistant Plant Supervisor

Job Purpose

• To assist the Plant Supervisor with plant operations within the framework of the company’s policies and work procedures

Principal Accountabilities

• Utilize the Raw Material report and weekly production programme to schedule daily operations

• Requisition appropriate raw materials, ensure product specifications are met and supervise packaging of finished products

• Write daily reports accounting for both finished products and work-in-progress to reconcile material usage and finished products

• Provide product composition information for product costing

Qualification Required & Experience

• Minimum of BSc Chemical Engineering or Petro-Chemical Engineering Certificate

• At least 4 years post qualification industrial and supervisory experience
