Hill McGlynn is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team based in Romford.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor with 1-3 years' experience who is looking to develop their career within the social housing sector.
The Role
Working alongside an experienced commercial team, you will support the delivery of planned maintenance and refurbishment projects across social housing contracts, including:
Voided properties
Kitchen and bathroom replacement programmes
Internal refurbishment works You'll assist with cost management, valuations, subcontractor accounts, variations and commercial reporting while gaining valuable exposure to a variety of projects.
