Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the daily shift management of the restaurant to maintain normal operational order.
- Develop effective staff training plans to enhance team work efficiency and operating standards.
- Organize, check, track, and follow‑up on the daily operations of the restaurant, control various costs to increase profits, and ensure smooth and stable operations.
- Communicate well with customers, maintain customer relationships, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident.
- At least one year of experience in the catering industry. Preference will be given to candidates with shift management experience in large‑scale chain restaurants.
- Passion for the catering industry, strong learning ability, self‑motivated, and responsible.
- Excellent floor shift management and leadership skills.
