Transctn Procng Ut Mgr Job Description Job Summary – L 4 level Asst Unit Mngr- Knowledge Srvs – to manage a team of approximately 20 people in Banking and Capital Markets domain- Non-Voice BPS account (US Client). Roles & Responsibilities – Monitor, identify and resolve performance/behavior/attendance issues using the prescribed performance management techniques. Monitor and take action on productivity, personnel and payroll. Conduct performance appraisals. Provide constructive feedback from time to time and ensure performance. Provide Subject Matter Expertise. Modify Operations as needed to meet service level agreements under supervision of Operations Manager. Successfully complete all client related training. Hold team meetings with the direct reports. Communicate all process and client changes to direct reports within specific timelines.
